Disappointed

I have not used my Sunflower Tumbler. I put it right back in the box. I emailed Lala asking for a return label so I could send it back. It is beautiful until I turn it around and see the big whit line going all the way up and down the back of it right through a flower. I'm not happy about that at all and as asked already, I'd like to return it for a refund. Please and thank you.
